About Kristen
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher and have been teaching private and group yoga sessions online via Zoom since September of 2020. I teach nearly a class a day, and have accrued over 100 hours of teaching. My students have seen physical benefits, as well as mental and emotional, discovering that carving out time for themselves is a critical component of self-care and maintaining overall wellbeing.

I approach each class depending on the time of day, season, class type, and current events. My power yoga classes are the only classes that I generally don't bring a theme to class, because most of the students who attend power yoga classes are mainly looking for the physical benefits of yoga. My hatha yoga, slow flow, and other vinyasa classes have themes that are well thought out. I pull some of my themes from books, passages, and readings. Since my 200 YTT was with YogaRenew, they have also provided me with resources for creating themes and wonderfully themed classes.

60 minute private session: $40
30 minute private session: $25
Online Group Yoga Classes are only $6 to register.
