About Debashis
Hello, I’m Debashis, a passionate and dedicated Yoga Instructor committed to helping individuals achieve better physical, mental, and emotional well-being through the practice of yoga.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, English, and Economics and have successfully completed a one-year professional internship, which strengthened my communication, discipline, and teaching skills.
My journey in yoga began several years ago under the guidance of my respected Guru. Through consistent practice and dedicated training, I earned a Diploma Certificate in Yoga from my school. Since then, I have conducted yoga sessions for learners of different age groups, focusing on proper alignment, breathing techniques (Pranayama), meditation, flexibility, strength, and stress management.
I believe yoga is not just a form of exercise but a way of life that brings balance to the body, mind, and soul. My teaching style is patient, supportive, and personalized, ensuring that every student feels comfortable and progresses at their own pace. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice, I am here to guide you on your journey toward a healthier, happier, and more mindful life.
