About Manuel
I am a student, graduated from the Center for Research and Development of Bilingual Education (CIDEB, for its meaning in Spanish) and new entry into actuary in the Faculty of Physical-Mathematical Sciences of the UANL. I have been teaching English for a year and a half in Froggin, English school for children, as well as in particular instances, to people of all ages and with varied experience and development of their skills in English as a second language.

I like to teach through practice, including examples of real life, games, adaptation to everyday situations and, in addition, support in books or appropriate exercises for the corresponding topic. As well, I try not to use Spanish while we are in class, for the student to become more familiar with this language as he/she listens and practices with it along the whole class time. For this reason, I also rely on images, drawings or examples, to give an understanding of the sentences, explanations or instructions that I mention while teaching. I do not force the time, I have to confess, of a class or session, since I fully trust that the students need their time, to understand and to practice, as long as the learning they acquire is totally effective and functional.

Details
$150 MXN is the fixed tax for every hour of class that I give to any student. It does not matter at all if it is in a web call, face to face, at my house or at the student’s place. In the case of having a group of at least three people, the cost per hour would diminish to $100 MXN per each person present in the class.
