About Marcela
Hi, I’m Marcela! I’m a Brazilian personal trainer and bikini bodybuilding athlete based in Cork, with degrees in Physical Education and Psychology.
Training is a big part of my life, but my experience goes beyond competing. I also have a hip replacement, which has shaped how I approach exercise and helped me appreciate the importance of adapting training to each person.
I love helping people feel stronger and more confident, especially those who feel unsure about where to start. My approach is friendly, patient and practical: I listen, explain and support you as you learn.
I speak Portuguese and English, and all coaching is delivered directly by me.

My sessions are built around you: your goals, fitness level, schedule and the equipment available. Whether you’re a beginner, returning to exercise or looking to build strength, I’ll guide you through each movement and help you feel more confident training.
I offer one-to-one sessions at your home or gym in Cork, subject to location and gym permission, as well as online coaching. You’ll receive personalised training, exercise corrections and weekly check-ins directly with me.
As a bikini bodybuilding athlete with degrees in Physical Education and Psychology, I combine practical training experience with an understanding of the challenges of building a consistent routine. Sessions are available in English and Portuguese.
