About Bryan

Having practiced Fitness since I was 16, I decided to make it my job by becoming a Personal Trainer. Having a diploma awarded by the University of Lausanne, as well as being certified as a Spinning instructor, I worked for several years for private gyms and luxury hotels. During my journey, I had the opportunity to prepare high-level athletes, as well as to help people who do not like their appearance to have more self-confidence. I am also in the process of completing a Master of Art and Geosciences.

About the lesson

During this special period when you have to stay at home, I propose to follow you to help you reach your sporting goals. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, whether you have equipment or not, we will find the most suitable path together. The classic package includes an interview by webcam in order to get to know each other, a personalized training plan, food recommendations, as well as follow-up on Whatsapp for a period of 6 weeks. I will first assess your level and your needs and then define a program according to your condition and available equipment. We will also discuss your diet and I will give you recommendations based on the foods you like! No reason to torture yourself! Finally, at the end of the six weeks, I will establish a follow-up report in order to observe your progress.
