About Tina

As a graduate from London's most prestigious schools of personal training I have always been passionate about sports and nutrition.
With a love of trying anything sports based I intergrate and share the latest techniques and industry expertise with friends, clients and anyone who's keen to learn.

Today is a continuation on years of focus, the practice of teaching body and free weight training for strengthening and building.
Another valuable face of the profession is the human side, listening to the people I train with; being a coach is also to be a support, a friend, a team and I hope to offer that to you.

I am here to motivate you on the path to pursue a positive change in your life, 4% of your day or year can do that.
Feeling good in your body and then mind is the key to well-being and allows you to feel invincible in all states of life.

About the lesson

It's time for you to move your body and live a life full of positive energy! I listen to your needs and offer you a suitable training (s) and we will arrive together to achieve your objectives. We increase the intensity of the sessions according to your rhythm. HIIT Training, Pilates, Core, Running, Stretching. I offer high quality training in groups or customized. To train together is to become a team!

Tina has been a great trainer for me, an addition to my own workout plan. She has helped me incorporate a better exercise routine which now includes, cardio, HIIT, body weight exercises and a lot of stretching to aid my weight training programme.

I am stronger now as I am much more flexible and my muscles are less tight, thank you so much for your expert advice and useful insights!
