About Yaleap
My name is Yaleap, and I am a university student currently studying Nursing at the University of Sydney. I have been training consistently for nearly five years, during which I have learned through hands-on experience, trial and error, and working alongside qualified personal trainers to better understand how the body adapts and performs.
I am genuinely passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals in a safe, effective, and sustainable way. I approach coaching with care, professionalism, and a strong focus on long-term progress. I coach using a science-based method, and you’re always encouraged to question any decision I make. I’ll gladly explain the reasoning behind everything, so you understand not just what we’re doing, but why we’re doing it.
