Hi, I'm Domenica, qualified in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
These yoga classes are personalised tailored to your needs —whether you want to relax, improve flexibility, or build strength.
With influences from Hatha and Ashtanga, these 1 hour sessions are designed to help you unwind, move better, and feel more connected to your body.
Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a calm, welcoming practice. I teach in English and also speak Spanish, French and Portuguese.
