About Eve
I started yoga in 2015 in Brazil where I had the chance to meet exceptional mentors and did my first teacher training. They gave me the sense of sharing a knowledge and not only giving postures to follow.
I then pursued my practice in France and in Australia which enriched my practice through different teaching styles.
In 2022 I graduated in Holistic Yoga & Sound therapy in Thailand in a school following the teaching of Sri Krishnamacharya, a yoga respectful of the body adapted to each individual.
I love to share and explain the benefits and the meaning of the postures and try to give insights on the rich and yoga philosophy.
What I love and cherish the most about teaching is offering a safe space and a moment of self care, and i hope to share this with you.

I have been trained on therapeutic yoga base, an holistic approach that considers each individual particularity and need and aims to help emotional and/or structural imbalances.
A class is sequenced as followed :
