About Busayo
I am a qualified legal practitioner, legal researcher and PhD candidate at the University of Westminster, with an LLM from Lancaster University. My professional background includes litigation, dispute resolution, legal research, judicial support and higher education teaching.
I am passionate about helping students understand law beyond simply memorising cases and principles. I enjoy breaking down complex legal concepts into clear, manageable ideas and helping students develop the confidence to analyse cases, construct strong arguments and express their ideas effectively.
My goal is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, developing their critical thinking skills and working towards their academic goals.

My lessons are interactive, practical and tailored to each student’s individual learning needs. I teach Criminal Law, International Law, Business Law and Criminology to A-Level and university students. I use case law, legislation, problem questions and real-world legal scenarios to help students understand complex concepts, develop critical thinking and strengthen legal analysis and academic writing.
As a PhD candidate, LLM graduate and qualified legal practitioner with higher-education teaching experience, I combine academic knowledge with practical legal experience. My lessons are structured around clear explanations, discussion, case analysis and exam or assignment preparation. Sessions are delivered online and can be adapted to the student’s level, goals and areas requiring improvement.
