About Thaddeus

I spent 14 years in lessons and have been playing for 15, I've led worship at my church with piano, accompanied for the school choir for two years, taught multiple other students and friends how to play, along the way picked up around ten other instruments that I'm well versed in, done countless recitals and have had articles wrote about my playing here up at the university. I've also spent a significant amount of time writing music and playing in bands. I play every day and really see it as a way of bringing people together and starting new relationships with people. At this point I'm honestly considering switching my major to music composition.

About the lesson

Took Lessons for 14 years and have been playing for 15 now, I am a classically trained musician who is well versed in all forms of music and am able to teach piano in all manners, from a traditional standpoint (sheet music and in depth theory) or even to a more quick paced level which will teach chords and theory but not sheet music. I have taught multiple students before, even during my training and I am currently minoring in jazz improvisation at University of Illinois. I am basically looking to offer cheap lessons for the summer to students of all ages and skill in the St. Louis area. I'm patient, young (i'm a sophomore in college) and learned a lot of teaching wisdom from my own teacher. Basically, if you practice what i teach you at home, I can advance your skill level significantly over this summer.

Riley

Thaddeus's experience and creativity give him an unmatched prowess when playing the piano. His mastery of the piano spans from 15 years of practice, recitals, paid gigs, and regular performances. I, being a musician myself, have never played with a pianist who complements others in the band so well. I have witnessed several pianists reach their full potential under Thaddeus's instruction. Whether you already know how to play and would like to heighten your skills, or have never played before and would to learn, Thaddeus will help you meet the goals you would like to reach.
