About Pablo
I have been a piano student for a great part of my life and, just as you, know the struggles and frustrations that come with learning the piano and music theory. I know how tedious and uninspiring it can be to have a very old-fashioned teacher with strictly conventional approaches to piano learning, which is why I try to teach the way I would've liked to be taught by some of my teachers. I have been also been taught by great teachers from which I base most of my teaching style. Piano learning is difficult and frustrating at times, but your lessons don't have to be :)

We will work on repertoire of the style(s) you like, using pieces that I recommend, but most importantly, that you genuinely like. Gradually expanding and bettering this repertoire through technique improvement, harmonic analysis of the pieces and some of the music theory behind it. Lessons can be 1-2 hours long. I have been playing piano for 9+ with masters-level teachers and am currently a student at QUB, which have allowed me to gain quite a bit of knowledge about both piano/music and piano/music teaching. These lessons are suitable for beginner and intermediate piano players or musicians looking to broaden their music theory knowledge.

Excellent! Good and seemed very nice and knowledgeable at introductory trial lesson. We liked him. But he made two excuses for not attending again and then we never saw him after trial lesson.
