About Joy Henri Mangapul
I am a law graduate from Padjadjaran University with more than 1 year of experience in legal services, both as a legal intern at a medium-sized law firm and as an associate at a legal start-up in Central Jakarta. I am used to doing legal translation as well as reviewing and drafting cooperation agreements for clients (both domestic and international), reviewing and drafting work agreements (PKWT, PKWTT) in accordance with labor law standards, as well as knowing the basis for trademark registration, including trademark licensing agreements.
Law courses with me are practical and delivered in a relaxed and full of discussion (either in Indonesian or English), either face-to-face or online as desired.

This practical law course method is divided into 4 easy steps!
- Purpose: a small discussion about the purpose of the course. Is the course aimed at making company regulations to cooperation with other parties. Don't worry, the content of the discussion is guaranteed to be confidential.
- Basics: according to the course objectives that have been discussed at the beginning, determine which legal basis discussion is relevant. Starting from employment law, to law related to contracts, to law related to intellectual property rights.
- Tutorial: teaches the practice of drafting agreements or intellectual property registrations until they are understood in an orderly/structural manner. You can ask questions here too!
- Exercise: after understanding the examples taught in the tutorial, they are given the practice of drafting legal documents that have been taught previously.
