About Shivani
I will be truly delighted to be your yoga teacher. In this introduction i will be sharing with you a brief info about myself and my connection with yoga.
Yoga is not just a practice for me, it’s a way of life. I’ve been on this incredible journey for 12 years, and I continue to lear and grow with every class. My goal as your teacher is to create a nurturing and supportive space where we can explore the wonderful world of yoga together.

You will also be getting meditation sessions, which will energise your mind and release stress and anxiety.
These yoga and meditation sessions will benefit you physically, mentally and emotionally, which will result in holistic well being of all my students.
