About Samriti
I’m into yogic, esoteric, mudra pranayama breathing exercises, since 1998. Discovered a lot about 5 bodies viz food body, energetic body, mental body, intelligence body, intellect body. As a healer and coach, I create a supportive space where individuals can reconnect with their body, regulate their nervous system, and develop greater mental clarity. My approach combines gentle guidance, structured techniques, and personal attention, allowing each person to progress at their own pace.
