With a background in gymnastics and pole sport, I realized my passion was always fitness and helping others so I became a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
After having my baby, I chose to be a single mom and my life has changed completely. My life as a busy mom and entrepreneur woman is super challenging yet still beautiful and rewarding if you learn how to be strong physically, mentally and emotionally. That's why I wanted to start helping others moms so I became a Pre & Post Natal Fitness Specialist. We all deserve to be seen and taking care of, not only by others but also by ourselves.
My goal is to help women to stay healthy, active and happy during their pregnancy and postpartum so they can have their best labor experience and come back to their daily tasks and favorite activities as soon as possible.
I know what's like to go through the most challenging time of your life. I know how important is to have physical, emotional and mental support. No matter if you have help from your partner or you are a single mom, you need to know that you are NOT alone.

PRENATAL TRAINING: We will prepare your body for the unique demands of pregnancy and childbirth with safe & effective training programs suitable for every stage & fitness levels. We will condition your body little by little with gentle workouts focusing in core activation, strength training and mental preparation for birth.
We will work on:

-Core Activation and breathing techniques
-Common pains & injuries
-Fundamentals moves & Parenthood ADL
-Strength training & LIIT
-Mental preparation
-Pushing practice
-Postpartum recovery education
POST PARTUM RECOVERY: For those moms 2 months postpartum or more who want to fully recover from pregnancy and be able to come back to their daily routine and favorite activities as soon as possible. We will center on a specific core recovery protocol, strength training, safe return to impact & high-intensity and post partum mental health coaching.
We will work on:
-Neutral Alignment
-Core recovery and breathing techniques
-Common pains & injuries
-Fundamental moves & Parenthood ADL
-Strength training & HIIT
-Speed & Impact workouts
-Goal specific stresses
-Mental health coaching
-Nutrition Guidance
EMPOWER YOURSELF: For those moms after 1 year post partum who want to focus on building muscle, lose extra weight and come back to their pre pregnancy shape and fitness level. We will center on your specific goals: losing fat, building muscle, improving endurance, increase flexibility, overall health and well-being.
We will work on:
-Neutral Alignment & proper stretching techniques
-Strength training & HIIT
-Speed & Impact workouts
-Nutrition Guidance

WE LOVE ANDIE!!! I've been training with her for four months. I currently go twice a week and we do cardio/weight training as well as pole fitness.
The difference in my quality of life since starting training with her has been immense. My stamina has increased greatly, I find myself much stronger, and I notice this positive difference in my body every day.

Andie is a great teacher, she has a lot of experience as a poledancer and she is very patient when explaining each exercise! Her classes are fun and when I finish the training I feel wonderful and happy that I did it! I love learning with her!️Andrea is such an amazing instructor!
