About Audrey
After spending more than 10 years in audiovisual and after 4 years of daily yoga practice, I decided to spread the benefits of this practice and its philosophy to as many people as possible. I was trained as a hatha and ashtanga yoga teacher at Shree Hari Yoga School in Gokarna, South India. I learned there the requirement of ashtanga yoga, a hatha yoga respectful of the Indian tradition, the physical benefits of this millenary practice and the depth of its philosophy.

My hatha yoga classes, 1h30 length, are inspired by the Sivananda style, a gentle yet intense meditative practice that allows you to work deeply on your self-awareness. We start the session with a moment of relaxation and then we work our breathing through dedicated exercises (pranayamas) and we follow the physical practice that is adapted to the level and physiology of the student. Whatever your level, Over a given period, I offer to set with you physical and / or emotional objectives and work with you to achieve them.
Ashtanga yoga classes, 1h30 length, are for people in good physical condition who want to work their flexibility, endurance and musculature through a dynamic practice known to evacuate all forms of stress.
