About Laura

I discovered yoga at university as a way of looking after my mental wellness and then progressively took more classes working in London. After a few years in the city, I knew the city life wasn't for me, I was burnt out, disillusioned by the corporate world, and looking for something more meaningful. There was a light therapy yoga studio near the office I had the most profound experiences there it was then that I knew I needed to pursue yoga teacher training and very quickly, I realised my yoga was more important than my current job. I'm looking to create these incredible experiences for all my clients and students.

About the lesson

Classes can be delivered on a personal basis or as a group and join one of my other online yoga sessions. The classes are for all abilities as there are different variations and options given to suit abilities.
Classes are very inclusive with a warm atmosphere, as I get to know each student personally. There will be elements of both breath work and meditation and occasionally I will add in some additional wellness practices.

There are separate classes for both children and adults.

Qualification:

Himalayan Yoga Institute, 200-Hour Teacher Training (RYT)
2022
• International 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certification.
• In-depth knowledge and practice of Rajadhiraja and Kundalini Yoga.
• Covered Modules on Pranayama and breathing, Yoga Anatomy, Physiology and Bio-Psychology, Yoga Nutrition, History of Yoga, Teaching Practice and meditation.
