About Sukhy

I am Sukhy Gill, a professionally trained method actor and acting teacher. I graduated from Brian Timoney’s Acting Studio in 2018 and have since appeared in a variety of professional theatre productions, short films and TV commercials, while teaching acting at a local stage school. I have written and directed plays for young people as well as teaching acting to students of all ages.

About the lesson

Lessons can take place at my house or yours, where together we discover what type of actor you want to be and work towards that goal. I like to work through a wide variety of scripts and monologues, from Shakespeare to modern plays and screenplays to find what you like and what works best for you. You will learn how to navigate the text and use your own personality and experiences in order to create your own version of the character you are portraying. You will work through a selection of acting techniques which will help you to relax and allow your emotions to flow freely through your performances, and I will guide you towards being able to produce your best acting anytime, anywhere, in front of anyone, while thoroughly enjoying your craft.
