About Aaron

I've spent more than 20 years working in professional sales, business development, and entrepreneurship, with experience spanning luxury retail, real estate, corporate account management, scientific publishing, and business ownership.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Professional Sales from William Paterson University.

Throughout my career, I've worked across a variety of industries, including luxury apparel with Tom James Company, residential real estate, and scientific publishing with Springer Nature and Faculty of 1000.

These experiences exposed me to everything from direct consumer sales and relationship-based selling to complex B2B sales and business development.


In 2013, I founded my own company, where I've spent more than a decade working with entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, and independent professionals to improve their sales effectiveness, strengthen their businesses, and navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship.

I've accumulated more than 600 hours of one-on-one coaching experience, helping clients improve sales conversions, grow recurring revenue, and develop greater confidence in their abilities.

What I've always enjoyed most about this work is helping someone recognize something they hadn't previously considered or develop a skill they once struggled with.

I believe effective teaching goes beyond providing information. It's about helping people understand why something works, develop their own judgment, and build the confidence to apply what they've learned in real situations.

My approach to teaching sales is built around a simple idea: becoming better at selling takes more than memorizing scripts or learning closing techniques. It requires understanding people, asking better questions, and developing the confidence to navigate real conversations.

With over 20 years of experience in professional sales and business development, along with more than 600 hours of one-on-one coaching, I combine practical experience with a personalized, conversational teaching style.

We start by understanding your experience, goals, and the specific challenges you're facing. From there, lessons are tailored to your needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all curriculum.

Depending on your goals, our sessions may include:

- Consultative selling: Learning to understand customer needs, ask effective questions, and build trust without high-pressure tactics.

- Discovery calls: Improving how you structure conversations, uncover opportunities, and determine whether there's a genuine fit.

- Objection handling: Understanding what's behind objections and responding naturally rather than relying on scripted rebuttals.

- Sales call reviews: Examining real conversations to identify strengths, missed opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Role-playing and practice: Working through realistic sales situations and developing greater confidence.

- Closing and conversion: Learning to guide conversations toward clear decisions without being pushy or manipulative.

I don't believe there's one perfect sales script or technique that works for everyone. My focus is on helping you understand why something works so you can adapt it to different people and situations.
