I am a professional Yang-style Tai Chi and Qigong coach with championship experience at national and international levels. I train athletes and dedicated practitioners using a disciplined, results-oriented approach grounded in traditional internal martial arts and modern sports coaching principles. My work focuses on precision, structural integrity, internal power, and measurable progress, whether the goal is competitive performance, long-term health, or both. I bring the same professional standards used in championship preparation to every student I coach.
