Each class typically begins with gentle warm-ups and breath awareness, followed by asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and relaxation or meditation practices. I provide clear instructions, posture corrections, and modifications to suit different fitness levels and individual needs.
My classes are designed for beginners, working professionals, students, homemakers, and anyone looking to improve their physical health, reduce stress, enhance concentration, or develop a sustainable wellness routine.
