Hello, online classes are for all age groups, for students, working people, housewives, if someone has a physical challenge in the body or has a mental problem, classes are given for them. If you want personal classes, then personal classes are given. If you want group classes, then group classes are given. The level of all the classes is beginner only. Gradually, its stepwise improvement is done. First of all, for 10-15 days, the problem is understood well as to what needs to be done. After that, while doing day by day improvement, work is done on muscles, joints, bones, structure, all these things.
