Hello and welcome! I'm Mimi, a native Arabic speaker with a deep passion for teaching the language to non-native learners. I speak several dialects fluently and naturally—Egyptian (perfect for movies, music, and everyday chat), Levantine (Lebanese, Syrian, Palestinian, Jordanian—clear and widely understood), and Gulf (Saudi, Kuwaiti—great for business and travel). Whether you're a complete beginner wanting to start with Modern Standard Arabic (MSA), someone interested in conversational dialects, or looking to master Quranic Arabic for recitation and understanding, I can tailor lessons exactly to your goals. We jump to role-plays: you're at a Cairo café, I'm the waiter. Real fun, no sweat. Mid-level: Short video bursts – Egyptian soap snippet, Levantine vlog, Gulf podcast. Pause, translate, echo. Your accent? I film you, play back, fix in seconds. Boom – instant progress. Quranic track: Open Quran app on screen, slow tajweed together. Read an ayah line-by-line; I record yours, replay it. Hearing your own voice smooth out the r's and w's? Magic moment. Every class ends with a two-minute wrap: what stuck, what tripped you, homework that's tiny but tasty – like texting a friend one new phrase. Keeps ears open and brain light.
