About Mohamed
I am a UK qualified solicitor currently working in practice, with experience in corporate and commercial law. My academic background is in Politics and International Relations, where I achieved a first class degree, before moving into law and qualifying as a solicitor. I trained and have worked at two top 50 UK law firms, which has given me a clear understanding of both legal study and the realities of working in the profession. I decided to tutor alongside my role because I know how demanding the GDL, LPC, SQE and early legal careers can be. I enjoy helping students feel more confident, organised and clear in their thinking. My approach is practical and supportive, using real experience to make the law, exams and the application process feel more manageable.

I work with GDL, LPC and SQE candidates and focus on helping people perform better in exams rather than memorise content. Sessions are centred on exam technique, legal reasoning and how to approach questions in a clear and structured way, especially under time pressure. I also support training contract and paralegal applications, including CVs, cover letters and interview preparation. Having been through the UK legal education and recruitment process myself, I understand how demanding it can be and where candidates often struggle. Sessions are practical, relaxed and tailored to what you need. This might involve improving structure, sharpening application of the law, building confidence for assessments or preparing effectively for interviews.
