About Glaness
I am a very dedicated and reliable young lady who holds a Diploma in Education specializing in English language, English Literature; Ndebele and Zulu. I did my teaching practice in Zimbabwe in 2005 I also have 8 years’ experience in Community Work Programme as Provincial Data administrator which I started in April 2011. All these work processes have motivated and made me to be an efficient mentor, teacher and a facilitator with best communication skills, patience, enthusiasm and creativity learning.

I base my teaching on discussion method as I find it as a two way form of communication which enables maximum participation on both parties; this however is a means by which people share experiences, ideas and attitudes. The discussion can help to clarify the different points of view and may assist each learner to define his or her own opinion.
I also use the brainstorming method to discover new ideas and responses very quickly. This is particularly a good way of getting bright ideas, generating as many ideas as possible without judging them.
