About Mauritz

With a background in dance and gymnastics, my 10 years of self-practice and love for movement finally got me to become a certified yoga instructor. I currently provide hot yoga group classes at gyms and individual sessions for private clients or at yoga studios.

About the lesson

Every body is different and I therefore like to approach every person's practice individually. Starting our with a basic Vinyasa flow sequence, i try and asses your mobility,flexibility and challenges. I try to then tweak and adapt the practice to suit your personal goals as we learn and build on the benefits the various asanas and meditations offer.

Perfect! Yoga with Mauritz changed my life. Unfortunately he immigrated to New Zealand and I am finding it difficult to replace him. My body has changed from weak and floppy, to strong and firm. He taught me how to love myself and listen to what my body is telling me. A wonderful coach, that became a dear friend over almost two years.
