About Cristina
I am a qualified Yoga instructor, having trained at Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre In London. In addition, I hold degrees in Social worker and Autobiographical and Biographical methodologies. As yogi with 25 years of practicing and 5 years of teaching experience, I have a deep passion for yoga. I teach on both a one to one basis and groups of people, up to a minimum of 20. Smaller groups facilitate more individual attention. Under my guidance my students flourish, at different levels, with the ensuing incredible heath benefits. With the awareness and desire to lead a healthy lifestyle, I teach from beginners to advanced levels, for pregnancy, children and over 60s.

I have been practicing yoga since 1995 and teaching since 2017. I teach Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Pranayama and meditation. I received my first teacher training certificate in 2017 from Sivananda in London. I am a strong believer that yoga is for everyone and is dedicated to helping people discover their body and mind potential through compassionate and mindful practice.
