About Amanda
I have practiced yoga personally for over 25 years and have experienced a range of styles in classes in the UK and India. But really, yoga is yoga and is not about latest Insta trends or trying to look good doing handstands, it is a way to connect your mind and body and bring a sense of peace to both.

The beauty of one to one lessons is that we can go completely at a pace that suits you, and that may even change from session to session. We can also practice in your home or outside depending on the weather as I do feel that experiencing yoga outside amongst the elements brings something special to the practice. I work with beginners and those who have practiced yoga before. Perhaps you struggle to find classes that suit the times you are able to attend and so private yoga sessions are beneficial on that level also. Lessons are 1 hour in total.
Lessons can also take place online.
