About Roxane
Fascinated by movement since my childhood and after practicing several activities from dancing, capoeira to pilates, my path crossed the one of yoga in 2013. It felt like the continuity of my body explorations with the spiritual aspects on top of it!
As I dove more and more into yoga, I decided to follow a first training corresponding to 120-hour certification with Yoga synergy. This training focuses on respecting the natural shapes of our body.
But I did not stop there, and enrolled into a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Tribe yoga in Goa, India a few months after at the end of 2017 to be able to share my passion of yoga.

Right after my 200-hour certification, I had the opportunity to teach yoga to disabled kids in a medical institution. I both had the chance since then to teach to total beginners and advanced practitioners in various contexts.
With the smile on, I adapt the class to the students and the level of energy. Everyone is responsible for identifying their limits, exploring their blockages and potentially to exceed them.
I propose to explore themes through 3 or 4 classes cycles. My own practice is strongly based on Vinyasa practice however it is also inspired by Ashtanga, Hatha and Yin Yoga and life and its beauties.
