About Catalina

I am a yogini, a life coach, a spiritual coach, a dancer, a scientist, an artist, a mother, and a friend. I have been intensively practicing yoga and meditative practices from various traditions for some years, intensively means 6 days a week for about 7 hours of which only 2 are physical asanas. I focus on private sessions to help you break free from unwanted patterns, release repressed emotions and fears, and overcome pain, whether physical or emotional. I use a combined highly efficient approach that works in your mind, body, and energy for a profound transformation. I offer different kinds of sessions: - Yoga (as understood in the West): where I guide you in your asana progress. However, I will still guide you in the true power of the practice. - Meditation: either for stress, anxiety, flow, concentration, or spiritual purposes. - Coaching: free yourself from emotions, limiting beliefs, and behaviors that are holding you back. I only offer a 50% discount on your session.

About the lesson

My teaching is based on Ashtanga, Hatha, and Vinyasa yoga. I focus on getting people beyond the pose so that they begin to be truly present and sense their inner body and their consciousness. This way they can take the yoga practice off the mat, and truly begin to live consciously, it is a transformation. You will get fit, feel better, increase self-love, develop patience and persistence, get to observe your own patterns, end fully relaxed, and transform into the best version of yourself.

Catalina is a great and very skilled yoga teacher. She will meet you where you are/at your level. Her classes are skilfully integrating the mental part of yoga with the physical side of learning the poses by telling what you are supposed to feel. She also gives you different variations to different poses, suitable for your level. One of the highlights in her classes was the spirituality that she brings to everything, including recommending different meditation types, breathing techniques and books to help you learn how to be at peace with yourself. I can't recommend her enough! you will love every aspect of her classes. Enjoy!
