1. Certified Yoga Instructor from the Yoga Institute
2. Certified QCI Level 1 Yoga Instructor by Ayush Ministry
3. Completed Post Graduate Diploma in Yogic Science from KJ Somaiya College
4. Diploma in Yoga Therapy and Naturopathy from Yog Vidya Niketan

I have 7 years of experience in Yoga.

About the lesson

Therapy based Yoga and Pranayama session. Requirements and Problems of the student will be understood and on the basis of that the sessions will be conducted..

Yoga for specific ailment like thyroid, diabetes, hypertension and cardiac issues.
Improves flexibility, physical fitness, mental and emotional health.

New techniques would be introduced to you like, different breathing exercises, meditation with Tibetan Singing Bowls etc.

Perfect! I had one session with Ruchika in which she taught me few introductory stretches and breathing exercises. I was pretty impressed with her teaching abilities, and professionalism. In particular, she taught me the correct way to do Suryanamaskar, and emphasized the importance of mind-body connection in yoga. Unfortunately, I couldn't continue due to other commitments, but would highly recommend her and will definitely hire her if I plan to pursue yoga again.

Perfect! I made my first ever yoga session such a wonderful experience. As I was always into outdoor sports & I thought that yoga was not meant for me. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Ruchika patiently worked with me to help me relax and make all yoga poses. I highly recommend her! She is just the best

I was suffering from upper back problem due to long sitting hours and continuously working on laptop. The pain was miserable. I decided to start with yoga and through referral got to know about Ruchika's online yoga classes. She is a great teacher and her classes are excellent. Within 2 months the pain completely subsided plus the flexibility improved. She tailor makes the yoga classes basis the need and guides us through every aasan. Right from basic stretching, to yogic aasans, Surya namaskar, dash of cardio, back exercises and pranayam, every session is a great experience! Thanks to Ruchika for getting me into this yoga routine which has many many benefits and I have personally witnessed it. Totally recommend Ruchika's yoga classes.
