About Pushpak
I'm Pushpak Patil from Ahmedabad India. I meditated for the first time in 2013 in the last two years of engineering.
After that I found it very helpful in focusing on my studies in spite of distractions at college and social gatherings. I matured as a meditator and felt the need to teach what I had learned.
Meditation helped me very much in harmonizing the relationships and becoming calm and settled.

Disease-free body, and healthy mind needs a regular / daily routine of health habits like yoga. If you are finding some trouble in relationships, career and education then you have landed into the best course online. I will work one on one with you to set up a daily yoga routine with asanas, pranayama and meditation.
I have been teaching yoga and meditation since 2017. My classes were offline and during COVID I had started teaching online on Zoom. I am registering on this platform so that I can reach people like you who need harmony with self, environment and nature.
