About Kolby

Hi, I’m Kolby! I’m an Economics major and research assistant in university with hands-on experience in economic policy and data analysis. I’ve interned at the U.S. Treasury and worked on real-world research projects involving micro and macroeconomic concepts. I understand how overwhelming econ can feel at first, so I focus on breaking down ideas in a way that actually makes sense. I’m patient, supportive, and always aim to make each session feel approachable and useful. Whether you’re new to econ or just need help getting unstuck, I’ve got you.

About the lesson

As a Economics student and research assistant, I offer tutoring in introductory microeconomics, macroeconomics, and applied policy topics. My lessons focus on building real understanding—not just memorizing terms. I walk students through concepts using real-world examples, visuals, and problem sets. Whether you’re preparing for a test, struggling with homework, or just want clearer explanations, I’ll meet you where you are. These lessons are ideal for high school, AP, or early college students who want thoughtful, approachable support from someone who’s been through the same classes.
