About Dr Rajeevan

I am Ph.D. holder in Geology from Goa University, 2001, and dedicated my life for yoga. I teach yoga for Self development and Spiritual growth.

About the lesson

I teach according to your level and understanding. I first give a clear philosophical idea of Yama and Niyama and insist on every student to follow and practice these 10 principles in their life, without that yoga is a waste of time. After that, I teach Yogasanas, Pranayama, and meditation as a series. I am brahmachari and have been trained by a Guru or Enlightetend Master for 10 years in His ashram doing yoga and karma yoga day and night. So I am a very intense Yoga Teacher and can inspire anyone of you to become an intense Yoga practitioner!
I am 200 ERYT Yoga Alliance USA certified Senior Yoga Instructor from Yogadarshanam in Mysore, India, and currently working with SANCYA School of Yoga in Puducherry.
