About Sharmin

I am sharmin Sultana. I am from Bangladesh. It's been 3 years since I am in Malaysia. I think as a person I am very determined, creative, and friendly. I believe there is no such thing called perfectionism. Nobody is perfect. You learn from your mistakes and that's how you evolve throughout your life. Before everything, first, you need to be a good human being. As a teacher, I think we should give our students moral and mental support apart from our lectures.

About the lesson

language learning itself is very challenging and demanding. As an English teacher, I always prefer to have a student-centered classroom. A teacher is a facilitator who can guide and motivate students to learn a language. I love to have a very friendly and cooperative ambiance for my students. if you create a rigid environment for your students, students would never open up their thoughts. So being a facilitator, It is important to bring out the best from my students. I would prefer to have beginner-level of students and the length of my lesson would be for an hour.
