About Claudia

I have trained in karate for 6 years, mostly at the university level. I have competed in several regional and national competitions with great success. I have been a coach for my karate dojo for two years and have seen much progress in my students.

About the lesson

I approach each student uniquely, assessing your base level and working on a tailored training program so you can maximize your learning. I also cross train in May Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and will incorporate techniques I have learned there.
