About Keffe
I had been doing martial arts since 1992,I Started martial arts because I was bullied a lot at high School. I had competed in many tournaments And I Also competed in national and international tournament. I am a 4th dan taekwondo black belt and a 4th dan Shotokan karate.

I teach from 5 years old to adults, we teach traditional old school way of Shotokan. You train at your own pace. we teach discipline, self-confidence, self-control, integrity and team work. If this sounds like you simply reach out to us.

Perfect! Keffe is one of the most genuine people I have ever met and is an incredible trainer. He catches even the smallest of mistakes in my technique and helps me make micro adjustments. His knowledge of not just Karate but martial arts in general as well as the mechanics of the body is incredible. If you want to learn to fight or to properly learn martial arts with an incredible teacher, then Keffe is the trainer for you.
- George is an extremely quick learner, even though he has experience in shotokan karate he is willing to listen and learn. Not only he is a great student he is also a really genuine guy. Truly enjoyable to coach him :)Keffe's response :
