About Raphaela
When I first started playing the ukulele, I was incredibly reserved and timid, especially when it came to music, despite it being something I was passionate about. However, with time and practice, the ukulele became a part of my musical identity, giving me more confidence to perform and sing in public. It is with this in mind that I wish to share my passion for the ukulele with other children and hopefully build their confidence in performance and in life in general.

- One hour or 30 minute sessions (online) - I am well-versed in the playing and performance of various types of ukulele (e.g. concert/soprano, electric and banjolele) and have 5 years' experience. - Lessons are targeted towards beginners at the ukulele who would like to try their hand at something new and expand their musical capabilities. - I believe that the ukulele is an excellent instrument for introducing children to music and I also believe in allowing them to have a say in the type of music they play, allowing them to personalise their course of study in accordance with their interests.
