I started learning yoga with Swati Arora and honestly it was a really good experience. She explained all the poses and techniques in a very simple way, so it was easy to follow even as a beginner. I learned a lot about yoga and also understood how to do the poses correctly. The sessions were comfortable and easy to understand. I have been taking private classes from Swati for more than a month now. She understood my issues- both physical and psychological and customized the sessions. The classes are very enjoyable and she uses variety of exercises for both physical and mental well being, flexibility and strength. I feel energized after the class and can feel the difference in a month itself in my flexibility and stamina. My sleeping problem has also improved. Swati is an excellent yoga instructor.Her classes are energising.I also really like the meditation at the end ,it leaves me feeling very relaxed and centred.she helps you to get the extra boost from a pose and has helpfully re-positioned me when I have over extended .Highly recommended.
