Rus is really patient and understanding as a teacher , I know as someone who has lessons in other instruments how stressful it can be when under the scrutiny of a professional musician, but Rus is always kind, calm and helpful even when we both know what I’m playing sounds terrible. He makes sure that my lessons are fun and is knowledgeable on a wide variety of genres and techniques and although he is serious about his craft and teaching it, he’s also a laugh and generally a laugh to be around.
