One of my favourite things is helping people achieve their goals.
I am a firm believer that everyone starts somewhere and I enjoy helping people completely new to something feel comfortable and confident in their abilities.
I am a martial arts instructor, a movement and yoga coach and I welcome all levels and all individuals with an open mind to learning.

I like to go into the details of the physical side of yoga so that people can feel and experience the benefits of what they are doing.
Some people come to me with a goal in mind, or with a problem they would like to solve.
I teach a variety of individuals ranging from athletes, to people that would like to get some movement in their day and work on improving their mobility.
All ages and abilities are welcome, I can teach 30 or 60-minute sessions.
