I have been part of the FAVALORO FOUNDATION Rehabilitation team and have extensive experience in physical work with people over 60 years of age.

#Plus60fit is a training method designed and targeted at adults who lead very sedentary lives and who experience motor and balance difficulties caused primarily by inactivity and decreased muscle mass.
