About Lola
Hi! Living in west-London I give weekly classes at a local gym and I'm looking for more chances to teach! I work as an actor, which means I have a lot of free time. I love animals and I'm sure my two cats (Roo and Kip) will want to intrude on our classes, so if you want, I won't lock them out.

I can cater the class to your specific needs. I like to focus on strength and flexibility, both are necessary to keep your mobility high and body strong. I try and make each class different and engaging. I'm a trained actor so I plan to keep you enthused in your yoga journey.
