I am an energy person so I start by cleansing the room and to go into a high vibrational state by meditation. I am not your regular yoga teacher. I am an energy healer but use the yoga stretches and poses to help get you into a relaxing state of peace, centered, calm, tranquility. Mind body and soul. Going through your body's chakras.
