About Hadley
My academic and professional journey in economics was driven by a desire to understand how wealth, opportunity, and resources shape the direction of societies. I earned my Master’s Degree in Development Economics and Public Policy, focusing on sustainable growth, inequality reduction, and economic empowerment. These studies deepened my understanding of both national and global economic challenges. For the past nine years, I have shared that knowledge with students who are eager to understand the forces shaping their world.
I am a dedicated, reflective, and student-centered educator. I value discussion, diversity of thought, and respectful debate. I believe every student carries a unique perspective that adds value to the learning process. I guide with patience and encourage independent thinking.
Beyond teaching, I remain engaged in economic policy discussions, attend development workshops, and volunteer for educational outreach programs. Economics is not just my subject—it is my way of contributing to a more informed, equitable world. Teaching it allows me to shape minds capable of making responsible, intelligent choices for the future.

Economics is presented in my lessons as a powerful narrative of how societies organize resources, make decisions, and shape their futures. I guide students to understand that every financial choice they make connects to a larger global system. My teaching approach emphasizes awareness, responsibility, and critical thinking. Rather than simply memorizing concepts, students learn to question why systems work the way they do. I encourage open discussion, real-world analysis, and reflective thinking. Through this method, the subject becomes relevant, meaningful, and deeply engaging. Students begin to see economics not only as an academic discipline but as an essential part of life.
Foundational lessons cover basic concepts such as scarcity, supply and demand, and resource distribution in simple, relatable terms. At the intermediate level, students explore taxation, market structures, inflation, and economic cycles. Advanced learners engage with international development models, poverty alleviation strategies, and case studies of evolving economies. They analyze charts, interpret global data, and explore economic solutions to real-world problems. I ensure that lessons are both intellectually stimulating and carefully structured.
Through these experiences, students become more aware of global challenges, more analytical in decision-making, and more confident in their ability to understand complex systems. Economics becomes a guiding lens that shapes thoughtful citizens and future leaders.
