About Karabo
My name is Karabo Makgoka and I’m from the city of Johannesburg. I’m a very health driven and as some would say , I’m a gym enthusiast. Teaching you how to become healthy and fit is one of the first goals that I would love to accomplish here. Fittness is very important more especially when you grow older.
