• Structured Asana Practice – Step-by-step posture training with proper alignment correction, controlled breathing, and gradual progression based on your level.
• Cool Down & Relaxation / Yoga Nidra – Sessions conclude with deep relaxation techniques to reduce stress and improve mental clarity.
I maintain a calm, patient teaching style while ensuring discipline and correct technique. Sessions are suitable for school students, college students, working professionals, and beginners seeking a balanced and authentic yoga practice.
