About Saakshi

I am an undergraduate student pursuing Economics honours from Lady Shri Ram College, DU. I have a keen interest in teaching and learning. I have been a topper throughout my education process and for that I give full credit to the wonderful teachers I have learnt from. Understanding the importance of good guidance and good teachers I wish to give back to the society and help students learn and excel. I have a professional teaching experience of two years and am also a GuruQ certified tutor.

About the lesson

I tend to break down the subject into simple, easy and coherent concepts which can be grasped quickly. I use personal examples in order to ignite the interest of students in the subject. I use illustrations, diagrams and drawings to make the experience fun and thought provoking. I am against rote learning and make sure that my students understand the concept and know its application. To ensure this, I test them in a strict manner and construct questions which don't test their ability to memorize, rather test their ability to understand and apply.
