About Sofía
I am finishing my degree in Primary Education with specialised in Special Education, for which I have felt a vocation since I was very young. Vocation that I reaffirm every time I teach my students.
I started giving private lessons three years ago, during my first year in college, and I have had students studying, above all, the High School stage, some of them with special educational needs.
I am very involved, and I try to make my students aware that receiving private classes does not imply that they have an irremediable problem with a subject, but that they present certain difficulties that they will be able to overcome with time and effort, but never ignoring them.
What I like the most about this work and what encourages me to continue, is the happiness that my students feel when they are able to overcome obstacles that until then had seemed unthinkable to them; when they share their successes with me with confidence, and when they make me part of their learning process.

I do not have a specific technique or class methodology, because the experience of three years in the sector, as well as my university education, have taught me that each student is different, and therefore their way of learning also.
Despite what I like the most is that my classes are as much dinamic and interactive as possible, I am very versatile, so I easily adapt to any situation or person. I try to make my classes be personalized, so that my students feel comfortable and decide to learn in the way that, knowing themselves, they consider to be the best and most effective for them.
My classes are aimed at any type of student, regardless of the starting level: basic notions, level A1 (or even less), A2, B1 or B2. And regardless of the reason that leads them to study English: leisure, future abroad, preparation for official exams, tutoring, etc.
